Dr. William V. McDonald has more than 30 years of experience in educational ministry teaching. He has hosted GLC’s On Wings of Truth since 2006. He is the author of A Hebrew Text in Greek Dress and You Are Free to Worry No More. McDonald served as an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Theology and Ministry at Oral Roberts University (2002-2017) teaching Old Testament / Hebrew Scriptures courses. He continues to pursue his passion for teaching and writing. He is President / Founder of New Life Teaching Center, New Life Ministries Inc., based in Austin, TX, an organization dedicated to biblical research and education.
Dr. McDonald received a Ph.D. in Hebrew Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. He holds degrees of Master of Divinity (1991) and Master of Arts in Biblical Literature (1992) from Oral Roberts University. McDonald was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Forum for Jewish-Christian Cooperation where he served as National Director of Race Relations (1987-1994).
