Rabbi Mark Rantz has been involved in ministry for over 25 years and currently serves as the Rabbi at Congregation Rosh Pina Messianic Synagogue in Baltimore, Maryland. Rabbi Mark received initial theological training at Life Bible College. He later completed a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and a Masters in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary. Rabbi Mark was licensed for Rabbinical Ministry in 2009, and in 2011 received full semikha (ordination) as a Messianic Rabbi through Kehilat Ariel Messianic Synagogue in San Diego, CA. In January 2013, Rabbi Mark received a secondary ordination from Tikkun Ministries International. He is currently pursuing a third semikha with the UMJC.
As a gifted teacher and author, Rabbi Mark joins GLC as a scholar in Messianic Jewish New Testament Theology, halacha, and Jewish History. Rabbi Mark is the leading expert of Messianic Holocaust Studies, and has completed significant research on The Complicity of the German Church and the Nazi Holocaust.
